Ralf is an experienced leader in infrastructure, sustainability, transit, and real estate. A firm believer in the value of innovation, facilitation, and teamwork, he has worked across multiple sectors in his 25+ year career including transportation, municipalities, infrastructure, automotive, furniture, consumer products, federal and provincial governments, utilities, electronics, and post-secondary education. Prior to joining TransLink in 2021, Ralf spent 11 years with Colliers and led over 100 consulting projects focused on management processes, real estate, sustainability, facilitation, greenhouse gas management, green procurement, climate adaptation, and supply chain management. He’s published over 14 articles related to sustainable business and is an accomplished speaker with over 40 formal conference presentations covering climate change adaptation and mitigation, sustainable product design and environmental management.
