Dr. Chad Flinn is a post-secondary leader, educator, and consultant focused on creative leadership, workforce development, and systems change. He serves as Director of Workforce Development at the College of the Rockies, where his work centres on strengthening connections between education, industry, and community to support regional and economic development.

With over 16 years of experience across teaching, dean-level leadership, and executive roles, Chad has led initiatives in trades and technology education, work-integrated learning, applied research, and industry partnerships. His work includes advancing sustainability and Indigenization within trades education, supporting more inclusive and future-focused training models. He holds a doctorate in higher education leadership and is known for blending academic rigour with practical, human-centred approaches that help leaders move beyond silos and lead meaningful change.
