Dominique’s work focuses on developing industry-specific labour market outlooks that address workforce and human resource challenges across sectors and regions. She brings extensive experience in workforce planning for the skilled trades, with a particular emphasis on apprenticeship trends and training requirements. Dominique was the lead author of a report for the Canadian Apprenticeship Forum examining how the transition to a low-carbon economy may affect skilled trades already under pressure, and the implications for workforce planning, training programs, and apprenticeship systems.
