Kyle has been a leader in expanding private and public sector investment for more than 20 years. He has significant experience negotiating and managing multi-million-dollar contracts, having promoted investment opportunities on behalf of the City of Calgary, Strathcona County, Sturgeon County and the MD of Greenview.

Focused on infrastructure planning, utility corridors, servicing capacity, and overall design, this wealth of experience has ideally positioned him for his current role as Executive Director for the Greenview Industrial Corridor (GIG). During this time such accomplishments include the purchase of 2000 acres of GIG lands, overseeing all engineering design pertaining to roads, water, feedstock, provincial approvals and rail and branding.

This effort has led to “Wonder Valley” a 70 billion, 7.5 GW hyper scale data centre. Scheduled for construction in 2027 it is estimated to create over 6,000 – 8,000 construction jobs, as this site capitalizes on the large supply of localized natural gas.
