Across Canada, workforce training initiatives are already helping people build meaningful careers in energy efficiency, decarbonization, and clean energy—but their success didn’t happen by chance. In this session, panelists will share real stories from the field, reflecting on moments where training truly made a difference for workers, employers, and communities.
